Looking for some Christmas cookie ideas? What about these Rudolph Smash Cookies? They are fairly easy to make AND are a bit fun! Like how CUTE are these?! Ingredients: Cookies (make your own) Melting chocolate Pretzels Marshmallows Mini M&M’s Jolly Rodger candies (or any hard candy you can melt) Tools you need: Rounded cookie cutters Baking Fondant Silicon Mold (rounded) Spoon (or something to smash the nose) Make your cookie dough (I recommend you use a basic recipe or one you love).Cut them into circles and bake! 2.Once they are ready (and have cooled), melt some chocolate (your favourite type) and dip you cookies into the melted chocolate.

Make sure you coat one side.3.While they are still wet, make some pretzel antlers for our Rudolph, and stick them to the top of the cookies.

Allow them to set.4.While the chocolate is setting, use some marshmallows and mini M&M’s to make the eyes of Rudolph.

5.Take your Baking Fondant Silicon Mold (rounded) and melt your hard candy.Make sure you smooth it to the edges to make the dome.

Leave them to set (again).6.Use your left over M&M’s to fill the done and press it onto the cookie (you might need to melt the edge of the candy a little, or the cookie, so it will stick.
