I used bacon, tomatoes and mozzarella, but it’s also great with ham or sausage, or make it meatless and add more veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.The base is a tender yogurt-based crust that’s leavened with baking powder, which means it’s easy enough for a busy morning.
