If you find yourself with half a package of ground chicken or turkey, I hope you think of these burgers.Because ground chicken can be a bit, um, bland, these are packed with flavor.They’re also fool proof, because even if you over-cook them a bit on the grill, the grated apple keeps them moist! We’re officially calling these ground chicken burgers, because I think the apple, fresh parsley and rosemary pair best with chicken, but do not worry–you may absolutely use ground turkey! I love these ground chicken burgers so much because the slaw doubles as a side dish! Serve some directly on top of the burger and on the side, too! This recipe makes 2 burgers because I am a small-batch recipe creator, but you can very easily double this recipe and use the whole pack of ground chicken.

Ingredients Ground Chicken.One-half pound of ground chicken or turkey.Wrap up the remaining half of the package and freeze for a future use.
