Artichoke Hearts Au Gratin Jump to Recipe It’s time to think about thinking about the side dishes for Thanksgiving dinner, and today I’m recommending Artichoke Hearts Au Gratin! This is cheesy treat to make artichoke hearts! I tested several versions, and this was the one that’s a keeper.Years ago I first tested this recipe with breadcrumbs. But for a few years now I’ve been using Almond Flour for a gluten-free version of this tasty dish.

I make it with a  combination of Parmesan and Pecorino-Romano cheese. But you can use Parmesan cheese if you have that; this will still be delicious.  And this recipe for cheesy baked artichoke hearts is also relatively low-carb and high in protein.I think everyone who likes artichokes is going to love this recipe! I can entice some of the artichoke fans to try it!
