After spying a giant box of local mangos at a farm stand, I immediately envisioned slicing all the ‘cheeks’ off of the mangos and freezing them for this purpose.Because I live in the land of fruity matcha lattes (Los Angeles!), I knew I had to make it a mango matcha!
