Meal Prep Tips: I like to do my grocery shopping on the same day that I meal prep or else some things will get lost in the abyss that is my fridge.Monday: This whole recipe is best made night of but it’s very easy! Tuesday: Another one that is SUPER easy but best made night of.You *could* prep the chickpeas ahead of time but it’s not my preference.
