French-ish Manhattan - Bake from Scratch

French-ish Manhattan Print Recipe Pin Recipe Makes 1 serving Ingredients 1½ ounces bourbon1½ ounces sweet vermouth½ ounce Cointreau or Grand Marnier1 dash orange bitters½ teaspoon vanilla bean pasteGarnish: Maraschino cherry, charred orange rind InstructionsIn a mixing glass, add bourbon, vermouth, Cointreau or Grand Marnier, bitters, and vanilla bean paste.
Add ice and stir until chilled.Strain into a coupe glass.Garnish with Maraschino cherry and orange rind, if desired.
