There’s a little coffee shop off Melrose in West Hollywood that always has a line that curves around the corner.It’s called Community Goods.If I’m correct, ‘the Biebs’ really put them on the map by declaring their iced vanilla latte to be the absolute best.

Well, I headed over and found most people in line in front of me were ordering matcha einspanners, so that’s what I ordered.In my opinion, Community Goods is the best matcha einspanner in the city.Just to be clear: an einspanner is a shot of espresso (or matcha) with whipped cream on top.

In the case of Community Goods, it’s a smoked sea salt cold foam whipped cream, and the entire drink is like a matcha milkshake.It’s so sweet, but somehow, I love it so much.Anyway, all of that caffeine and sugar isn’t great on an empty stomach, so I started ordering their breakfast options.

I had the breakfast sandwiches and banana bread with passionfruit butter before I ordered the pistachio toast.When I first saw the pistachio toast, it felt like the clouds parted a spotlight appeared on it.It’s beautiful.
