Ingredients Strawberries.Hull and chop fresh strawberries until you fill an entire cup.Honey.

I prefer honey to sugar for sweetening this strawberry sundae because honey has floral notes.However, you can absolutely use one tablespoon of granulated sugar instead of one tablespoon of honey.You need an equal amount of water, no matter which sweetener you use.

Rose Water.Again, totally optional, but adding 1/2 teaspoon of rose water to the sauce just before serving makes the strawberry flavor intensify.Ice Cream.
