I will admit, the texture of this baked tofu bacon is not going to be as crispy as the fried versions but the flavor is on point.It works perfect for topping salads, making BLT sandwiches, and layered on breakfast bagels.I especially love it paired with my lentil tofu egg bake in sandwiches.
