I’m one of those people that gets way too excited about fresh fruit in the summertime.Peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, apricots, watermelon…you can find pretty much all of them in my refrigerator this time of year.

There just isn’t enough time to devour all of the goodness summer has to offer! If you’re like me and tend to stock up on more fruit than you know what to do with, these popsicles are a great way to put some of it to good use.I *obviously* had peaches and cream on the brain for this recipe but you can easily sub out the peaches for whatever fruit you have on hand.I mean, virtually everything  pairs well with creamy yogurt, sweet honey and crunchy granola.

Yogurt Popsicle Ingredients What I love about these popsicles is that you only need 4 ingredients to make them! Crazy, I know.Yogurt– I opted for plain unsweetened almond milk yogurt because that’s what we always have on hand.I like that it’s higher in protein, low in sugar and has a nice creamy texture.
