Easy Vegetable Lo Mein Ingredients Neutral Flavored Oil– I always have extra virgin olive oil on hand so that is what I use but you are welcome to any cooking oil you prefer.Onion & Garlic- These two create the flavor base for the lo mein.If you can’t have one or the other, feel free to leave them out and sauté the vegetables on their own.
